Valve, you have such a large user base. Take a few minutes out of your day and listen to your users. See what frustrates them the most and fix it. You have a great opportunity to improve your product. With so many people using your products, and willing to work with you to fix bugs, you should take advantage of this.
This steam userid ticket problem has been going on for at least a couple of months. We are restarting servers almost daily.
