Seems as of this past update "sv_master_legacy_mode 1" Will get you unlisted from the MasterServers List.
If the cvar "sv_master_legacy_mode 1" is set to 1 in the server.cfg or any .cfg the server WILL NOT be listed in STEAMS Master Server List. Make sure to either not use it, or if the cvar is set, make sure it's set to "sv_master_legacy_mode 0" Verified by: disabling "sv_master_legacy_mode 1" in my server.cfg Ran "sv_master_legacy_mode 0" in servers console/HLSW Changed maps. Now servers are visible in the Master Server List. Down side custom cvars can not be seen.
