Latest version seems to be ok (15e I believe off the top of my head), we had
the same, we do however have the assertion fail crash atm which lists a shed
load of files including certain sourcemod files, I have now updated to the
latest snap of 1.4 dev and seems tobe better.

When I installed blocker it crashed my server once players joined. I don't
run Kac. This is tf2 though.
