I mailed them, got back this: -- Our new management team are not very familiar with the game servers industry yet, and I believe one of them signed up our support system for various mailing list. I have requested whoever did it remove it as soon as possible as it is very frustrating to me when answering tickets :) --
I've also just went to the hlds list and typed in there email address and clicked on unsubscribe a couple of time, then at least they get some "unsubscribe" tickets.
