Hi all. I already asked my question in the Source DS Steam forums, but I guess asking here would be better.

In short, I manage a Team Fortress 2 server for our gaming community. I always had some kind of trouble with it, running on crashes and segmentation faults, but for the last months they were over.

Since the last update, I'm getting lots of segmentation faults again. They appear when randomly playing after only a few minutes of starting the server, or when changing map.

They also appear on a fresh server install with no plugins and running with the default config, and with three different Linux distros (tried so far Debian (kernel 3.2.19, libc 2.13, which is the OS the server runs); Arch Linux (kernel 3.4.4, libc 2.15) and Gentoo (kernel 3.3.8, libc 2.14), all of them on their x86_64 variants)

I find it to be srcds' fault since it happens with all three distros, and I would like to know if I'm the only one with these problems and if there's any fix or it's going to be fixed. I'm a little disappointed with Valve since I always had faults like these, which took a long time to fix, and now they appear again, and doesn't look like my servers' fault. Of course I could switch my server to Windows, but it's something I would not prefer to do.

Any help would be appreciated. I can provide logs and crash dumps.

Regards,
