The GetServersAtAddress WebAPI (http://api.steampowered.com/ISteamApps/
GetServersAtAddress/v0001?addr=<IP HERE>&format=json) is currently
returning false for all servers. I'm not sure when this started, but it's
been doing this for at least the last 24 hours.
This is the API given to us by Fletcher Dunn in August 2012 for checking if
a server is in the master server list.
All servers get this response even if they're showing in the master server
list:
