[hlds_linux] Killing Floor 2 Fall Beta 2 Server Files are now available

Client files will follow in roughly an hour.   You can opt into this 
beta for your servers with the following command in SteamCMD:

app_update 232130 -beta preview
To opt out after you have opted in you will need to run:

app_update 232130 -beta none
