Yes,  for network, this is OK.

Skipped ./installer/trigger.py with the same rationale.

Hp-check listed several errors. The first is that HPOJ is running.

I believe that you run "ptal-init stop". You may want to remove the init
script for HPOJ so that it doesn't start at startup time. There's more info
