PyQt is complaining because 3.13 is a bit old and it had some bugs that
cause problems. Upgrade it if you can.

The other errors are Python extensions. Check the build (make/make install)
and se if any errors were reported with building or installing the Python
extensions. The installer (if you used it) saves a log file that you can
check.
