Thank you Gilles for the reminder.  I saved it yesterday to cookies.gz.0
file, but then I got caught up with a flood of work, and forgot to move it
to the patch site;(  It's now in:

        ftp://ftp.ccsf.org/htdig-patches/3.1.6/cookies.gz.0
