If you can write a small shell script, ht://Dig can do that.
You could set the start_url attribute to be the list of URLs you
want to search. At the end of the rundig script, put a sequence of
lines like
htsearch words="%22Pressure+Valves%22" > tmp
if grep "[0-9] matches" tmp > /dev/null
then
mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] < tmp
fi
htsearch words="%22Fire+Extinguisher%22" > tmp
if ...
Then run the modified rundig every night.
This isn't very elegant, but you get the idea.
