Greetings Mohamed,

Forgive my ignorance, by I don't know what IIS is. However, ht://Dig
does run on windows. Most versions work under Cygwin, which provides
a unix-like environment. Neal Richter also recently ported it to run
"natively" under window, but the documentation on how to install that
has not yet been written.

I hope this helps,
Lachlan
