I get this error when attempting to test htdig through the web
browser....

ht://Dig error
htsearch detected an error. Please report this to the webmaster of this
site. The error message is:
Unable to read word database file
Did you run htmerge?

I am assuming I followed directions carefully, but it seems that htdig
wants to create its own web directory and its own server base which it
wants to put it in /var/www/htdocs/htdig what is telling it to put it
in there? In the config file I thought I pointed everything in the
right spot
