I assume you only used --prefix when you configured? If so, then
the remaining files would have been installed in their default
locations. If I recall correctly, those are /opt/www/htdocs/htdig
and /opt/www/cgi-bin. To override the defaults, you can use

  --with-cgi-bin-dir
  --with-image-dir
  --with-search-dir

when you run configure.
