htdig: Please Help with Adding only 1 url

I have been trying to add just one url without htdig having to rewalk all of the sites. HOw do I do this? I have HTdig Version 3.1.0b2 !!! PLEASE HELP!!!   CEGlobe http://www.ceglobe.com Software, News, and so much more!
