Ini menarik. Saya pribadi setuju jika dibatasi untuk asing dan lebih menggunakan dalam negeri.
Contoh saja saja ptrochina masuk, brp service company china yg masuk untuk melayani dia. Prancis pun begitu. Semua sama, lalu elnusa hanya melayani pertamina. Pertanyaannya, apa bener jika harga dan kualitas bersaing bisa menang jika ikut tender di operator asing? Apa mereka tidak mengutamakan service company dr negeri mereka agar dana yg mrk keluarkan bisa kembali ke negeri mereka? Saya pernah curhat sama teman yanh sdh punya "kedudukan" di pershn asing. Waktu ikut tender mud logging, walaupun terendah dan semua confirmed, tetap saja kalah dengan seribu macam alasan. Walhasil teman yang punya "kedudukan" tapi masih nguli di prshn asing ini hanya diam dengan keputusan "bos" nya. Coba deh, temen2 yang sudah punya kedudukan di prshn asing kalau bisa punya gigi juga, jangan cuma yes bos. Mungkin kalau sekarang agak telat rencana itu krn bentar lagi juga minyak kita habis.
