Yes. It works like it does on z/OS 1.10. It does not work.

EOS (end-of-support) for DB2 v7 was June 20, 2008. z/OS 1.10 and 1.11 came
out after.

There were some changes to z/OS 1.10 that required other DB systems (ie IMS)
to change.

We had to retro-fit one LPAR from z/OS 1.10 to z/OS 1.9 so we could re-claim
data.
