Hum. We haven't since our tape librarian was "let go" and we converted entirely 
to virtual 3490s and ATL resident 3592Js. Our librarian used to use OLTEP to 
"certify" tapes, believe it or not. We do still have a possible need because we 
still have a 3490-C22 which I think would require OLTEP for any testing.
