My biggest pet peeve is the 3am panic mode and you desperately look up the message to see:
User Action: Contact your system programmer. My mind goes blank for a second, then I start to come to terms with the fact that I am him, and he doesn't know what the heck is wrong or he wouldn't have looked up the durn message!
