I agree with Mark. IBM Ported Tools for z/OS - OpenSSH is free, and works well to encrypt your connections. With most recent PTFs, it is not possible to use ICSF and CPACF to enable hardware acceleration of the ciphers and macs, which allows for much less CPU usage.
