I know I can change the parameters (some of them , at least)
dynamically, by a command.
In my case I changed JOBNUM, JOENUM (and some others).
Changing it dynamically causes some discrepancy between JES2PARM and
reality, and can be confusing across IPLs.
In my case there was no problem with IPL, and even spool content was in
"nice to have" category, so the cold start wasn't big issue.
Disclaimer: I'm not JES2 specialist, so I'd be happy to hear that I
could do it in other, smarter way.
