And to answer questions like: "Why can't the zSeries do ... as cheaply as the xSeries?" Remember that a large number of people in executive decision positions don't care about much but "the bottom line". Why pay for "x" when "y" is so much less expensive? Especially if the decision makers cannot determine any "real" difference? You must tell them in answers that they understand. And, for me, just saying "more reliable" is not enough. I need to know more.
