AFAIK, ADRDSSU says BLKSIZE=0, not 32760.
You could be right

However it is *no longer true*. At current z/OS levels real blocksize (64k) is claimed.
I ran a test and you are correct. Probably on any system that supports large blocksize, it sets it properly.
