We are looking for a self-starter who has: - strong programming skills - Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and strength in all the Rails fundamentals - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience - experience creating web applications - experience with the Ruby language and the Rails framework - experience with: Git, SQL, JQuery/PrototypeJS - working knowledge of unix-like environments such as Mac OS X and Linux. - agile development experience - the ability to stay focused and on track with minimal supervision. - Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, EBS, etc.) preferred - love music/movie/football/games and high sense of humor is a plus This is a full-time, on-site position.
