Folks, Lindows has settled out-of-court with MS. Effectively, it has given up its claim to the product name "Lindows", and will discontinue it worldwide. It will also assign the names and domains to Microsoft.
Clear enough? MS wins, Lindows loses? Except that MS is paying USD 20 mill to the loser. Anyone want to pay me USD20mill for me to change my name? Please?
