Hi all, A small doubt.
suppose i want to maitain a filter on incoming messages, how can i divert the message to specified folder?
Sieve is the canonical solution.
My idea is, we have to check for recent message headers and then based on from address i have to move that message from inbox to corresponding folder. This should be internal to client.
You could do that, but Sieve will do it when the message is first delivered. Cheaper and more elegant.
