I'm curious what list you were using to block that IP. We run testvirus.org in a clean address space, which to my knowledge has never been blacklisted.
Also fyi... tests 17-23 have been updated. There was a slight bug in these vulnerability tests which was causing some of the attachments not to appear in Outlook.
