Well I for one am with Andy Walsh on this one. These players who we have
treated like kings have done nothing to help us. The only person who has
spoken up is a Norwegian who grew up as a Liverpool fan. He has put our 'top
reds' and our captain to shame. Giggs, Keane and the Nevilles are very
quotable when they want to be but when it is the future of the club they
pretend to love then there is nothing. And for those who will say they can't
because of internal pressure not to do so, then it didn't stop Ole.

Roy Keane has been a great servant for this club but he has been paid
handsomely already for it. There is no way he needs a testimonial.
Testimonials are an anachronism for these highly paid Premiership players
who have not had their career cut short through injury. If he wants a
testimonial then he should show solidarity with the fans who have supported
him through his numerous suspensions for careless actions.
