I'm using the log.pl script to generate an when somebody does a commit on a
module. I've seen this work before, but on our setup we're getting one email
for every directory within the module where changes were made, instead of a
single email with everything.

My entry in 'loginfo' looks like this:
Kilimanjaro /cvsroot/CVSROOT/log.pl -f /cvsroot/CVSROOT/commitlog -m
Kilimanjaro-commit@localhost %s

Now I looked at the log.pl script and it will only generate one email per
invocation, so it must be getting called repeatedly for a single commit.

Any suggestions?
BTW we're using TortoiseCVS to commit changes.
