I try 1.11.16 and the compiling is fine I will try 1.11.11 now.

In this bug report I see the solution for this NetBeans version, but not for my one. I know, my version is very old and I do not expect some one to correct NetBeans v 3.2 to solve the problem. Also all is working by me with cvs 1.11 and I try to downgrade my cvs server version to 1.11. Is it possible to run cvs server with more debug info to find witch is the bad request? The generated Makefile fles should not be generating those references if you did use the --without-gssapi and --without-krb4 flags. If you want more help, you should probably try capturing the output of the conifgure command itself.
