Its a bug in the delete_user() code which does not cleanup the user
meta-data (quotas, seen state, ACLs).
I have code which does this as part of my unfinished user-rename patch,
but its been a while since I've worked on it, and I don't know if it
will apply cleanly to the current distribution.
I can take a look at the code and try to add the appropriate
functionality to CVS, but it will take me a few days to get to it.
In the meantime, you can simply delete /var/imap/quota/g/user.gruppo3*
and /var/imap/user/g/gruppo3.seen
