The Federal Reserve announced it will not raise interest rates,at
least not right now. However, if the unemployment rate keeps falling
and consumer demand doesn't slow, we may see an increase as soon as

In an era when online brokers and online banks are old news, it looks
like Merriman Capital Management is taking the next logical step.
Merriman is a well-established "bricks and mortar" mutual fund money
management firm that has had a strong Internet presence for several
years. They have recently signed agreements with two prominent web
based market timing services, Lowrisk.com and Moneyflow.com, to offer
managed mutual fund accounts using Lowrisk.com's and Moneyflow.com's
strategies. This arrangement between an established money management
firm and web based market analysis sites is the first of its kind that
