This morning was Korea-only for having audio on anything--rather odd
conditions. 1566 HLAZ rose to poor (sync det) levels twice at 1321 and
1342 utc; 972 South Korea only very poor/poor at 1352 utc. 657 North
Korea very poor male talk 1346 utc. The usual Japan 747 and 774 never
rose enough for even traces of audio. 1575 Thailand was close to audio a
number of times. 972 last to be heard 1408 utc. Sunrise 1349 utc.
