Hi,
I used tortoisegit to successfully check out the ipy-2.7-maint branch, as the commit list indicates that there were no other commits since beta 2 was published. I did not find an appropriate Tag in the web source browser. Thanks! Grüße, Markus Von: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Im Auftrag von Jeff Hardy Gesendet: Sonntag, 24. Juli 2011 08:42 An: [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> Betreff: [Ironpython-users] IronPython 2.7.1 Beta 2 Now Available I'm pleased to announce the second beta release of IronPython 2.7 <http://ironpython.codeplex.com/releases/view/70582> . Like IronPython 2.7 <http://ironpython.codeplex.com/releases/view/54498> , this release requires .NET 4 or Silverlight 4. This release will replace any existing IronPython installation. The highlights of the first beta were: · Updated the standard library to match CPython 2.7.2. · Add the ast, csv, and unicodedata modules. · Fixed several bugs. · IronPython Tools for Visual Studio are disabled by default. See http://pytools.codeplex.com <http://pytools.codeplex.com/> for the next generation of Python Visual Studio support. This release fixes even more bugs on top of what is in 2.7.1 Beta 1. See the current list of fixed issues <http://ironpython.codeplex.com/workitem/list/advanced?keyword=&status=Fixed%7CClosed&type=All&priority=All&release=2.7.1%7C2.7.1%20Beta%201%7C2.7.1%20Beta%202&assignedTo=All&component=All&sortField=LastUpdatedDate&sortDirection=Descending&page=0> for more details. In particular, the updated standard library may have introduced some undetected bugs. Please report any issues athttp://ironpython.codeplex.com/workitem/list/basic <http://ironpython.codeplex.com/workitem/list/basic> . - Jeff
