I have skimmed over the NEWS and found a lot of things to consolidate, rearrange or even correct. I would like to encourage all contributors to do the same; there are a lot of rather promiment things (e.g. Transitive_Closure.ntrancl) which could be moved before all those rather technical theorem rename cascades.
