How a Muslim Charity became threat to Israel?

"It's remarkable. My client was convicted of providing charity. There was not,
in ten years of wiretapping his home, his office, looking at his faxes,
listening to everything he said, there was not one word out of his mouth about
violence to anyone or about support for Hamas. He provided charity. That's what
he was convicted of. And to say that someone or these people who provide
charity should get a sentence six, you know, four or five times longer than
someone who professes to come to the United States with a purpose in mind
that's clearly violence shows essentially that these people were convicted
because they were Palestinians.." - Nancy Hollander aatorney for the former
HLF's CEO, Shukri Abu Baker.

It took "US Justice" over seven years to conclude the Israeli charade against
the top five officials of America's largest Muslim charity, Holy Land
Foundation. A Dallas Federal Court sentenced Holy Land Foundation's Board
Chairman, Ghassan Elashi 55, and its CEO, Shukri Abu-Baker 50, each to 65 year
in jail. The other three defendants, Mufid Abdulqader 49, Abdulrahman Odeh and
Mohammad El-Mezain 55 - were handed over sentences, ranging from 15-20 years in
prison. All the five defendants belong to the Palestinian families victimized
by the European Jew settlers in the occupied Palestine.

All five defendents were previously acquited in 2007 when the radical Zionist
Jew Attorney General, Michael Mukasey's (he played a major role in the cover-up
of Israeli involvement in the 9/11. He is the second Jewish US Attorney
General. Ed Levi served under president Ford in mid-1970s) boys could not sway
jurors that the now de-funct charity, based in Richardson, was aiding the
Islamic Resistance group Hamas (declared as a terrorist group in 1995 by
Washington under AIPAC pressure). However, after the victory of Hamas in 2006,
resulting in it formimg government in Gazzah - the Jewish Lobby groups revived
the case against the former HLF officials - based on "new information" provided
by Israel's internal service Shin Bet. No evidence that the five defendants
ever preached terrorism was submitted the court. The only thing provided to the
court was the pictures of the so-called "Israeli victims" of Palestinian
suicide bombing.

It was Zionist Steven Emerson, who in his notorious anti-Muslim documentary
"Jihad in America" (1994) claimed that HLF collected funds for Hamas, which was
carrying out a resistance to recapture Palestinian stolen land. In the film,
the rabit Jew alleged that many mosques and Islamic schools have become the
venues of extremist exhortations to carry out Jihad against Jews and Christians
(the cunning Jew would not acknowledge the fact that it's his holy Talmud which
has been preaching hatred against Jesus, Mary and the Christians for the last
20 centuries). Daniel Pipes, one of America's 12 greatest Islamophobes, has
kept his on-going 'Zionist Crusade' against HLF since 1995.

Amy Goodman (anti-war Jew activist), host of 'Democracy Now' - interviewed
Nancy Hollander and Noor Elashi (daughter of Ghassan Elashi) on May 29, 2009.
