Observation:
Regression test failed while listing private service offerings added to a domain
Scenario:
When we look for private service offerings it should not list the service
offerings of some other domain.
Failure Root Cause:
This API response will be none as there are no offerings for this domain . But
we are looking for list of offerings.
Fix:
Add condition to look for empty response.
