Changes partially implemented in r952949. [Hopefully not breaking
compatibility.]
Methods "equalsIncludingNaN" have been added and used internally (in the
classes of the "stat.descriptive" package) instead of the now deprecated
"equals" methods. Those should change semantics in release 3.0.
