In the description of the bug it should be line feed (<LF> or <Shift+Enter>)
instead of carriage return (<CR> or <Enter>).

This applies to all heading levels (1, 2 and 3). It limits the editor not to
use headings on multiple lines in case in the TOC it expects it to be in a
single line.

No straightforward workaround in case the editor wants the title on multiple
lines and expects a single line in the table of contents. 
In case the editor wants to have a title on multiple lines in the table of
contents then carriage return can be used in the title and that will be
propagated in the TOC.

The line feed <Shift+Enter> solution for multiple line headings is used as a
"standard" in desktop editors, please see:
