Untuk hitungan man day, tetap hrs tahu scope kerjaannya. Lebih baik lebih
detail.
Dan hrs tahu perhitungan waktu berdasarkan skill. Lebihkan waktunya. Misal,
perkiraan waktu 2 hari, lebihkan 1 hari. Untuk jaga2 saja, siapa tahu waktu
pengerjaannya bisa lbh lama.
