My error, there is a simpler way. Try constructing the Chapter with a depth 
number of 0.

I would also recommend reading the javadoc associated with each class to see 
if it provides the features you require. This solution for example is 
explicitly mentioned in the Chapter javadoc. If you have read the 
documentation and are still stuck, that is the moment for asking on the 
mailing list.
