If I understand correctly, you are trying to write
a file, and add it to an existing jar? I've never
done that, and I don't know if it's possible.
I read that this is part of the build process of
the application. How are you building the application?
Using ANT or Maven? If so, you may have to change the
order in which you are executing the different steps
of the build process.
