Can you think of any reason why it would keep pointing to the same page even
when changing the page number?  To reiterate what i said earlier, after I
use the static function PdfAction.gotoLocalPage(page#, dest, writer) once it
will always point to the same page every time i use it.

It doesn't do this for you?
