The very same RTF file won't look the same depending on the RTF viewer one
uses. Thus it's no use trying to generate an RTF and a PDF file that will
look the same.
What you can do with iText is generate both file types that will have the
same structure and content inside, but it is absolutely not guaranteed that
both files will look the same, for example when you print them.
Needless to say that switching from PDF to RTF generation isn't like
changing a flag when generating the document, the implementations are quite
likely to be seperate ones, since the objects used are different.
