Yes, but it's Hard. You need to implement a com.itextpdf.text.pdf.parser .RenderListener (which is pretty slick btw, thank you Kevin Day). It'll let you know every time it comes across an image, and tell you its coordinates and so forth. It's up to you to figure out if it's the right image or not.
