"-cp ." tells Java to seach for classes (other than those which come with the runtime) in the current directory and its subfolders. As you compile TestErikBildebehandling.java in that very directory, your TestErikBildebehandling.class is there. On the other hand you also need iText on your classpath. What you need is something along the lines of "-cp .;S:\PROG_NT\Java\iText\iText-5.0.3.jar" instead of your "-cp ."...
