So we're not talking about a real iText problem:
iText creates the PDF correctly in a standalone application.

If you get the PDF using something like wget, what do you get?
Do you get a file containing gibberish?
Do you get a file with zero bytes?
Do you get a PDF file that can be opened in Adobe Reader?

I don't understand. You say the PDF size is 120 and at the same time you 
say you have the same problem. Please be more clear.

It is very hard to do that remotely. Similar applications work for us 
(I'm using iText in dozens of web applications). Did you follow all the 
rules of thumb explained in chapter 9 of the 2nd edition of "iText in 
Action"?
