iText's HTML->PDF converter is quite primitive. It doesn't support
input/button/etc tags... and it barely supports CSS, and not "out of the
box". There are a several other HTML->PDF converters floating around.
I suggest you use something else.

Subject: [iText-questions] (no subject)
Hi,
I was trying to convert HTML page to PDF using iText tool from
C# application. Able to see the text content properly in resulting PDF.
But if there any input field like text box, check box etc... on HTML
page, they are not displayed in PDF. Please help.
Regards,
Suresh V
