Is any way to update Tags tree text if I want to insert there any
change without changing my pdf?
Yes, in section 13.3 "Exploring the root of a PDF file", you learn how
to inspect the different elements in the Catalog dictionary. The
"StructTreeRoot" isn't discussed because this entry is only introduced
in chapter 15, but you can manipulate it in the same way as you'd
manipulate page dictionaries (listing 13.8) or page labels (listing 13.12).
Note that tweaking the contents of a StructTreeRoot can seriously damage
your PDF file, so keep ISO-32000-1 close so that you don't do anything
that breaks the PDF.

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
