It preserves the links that are present in the PdfImportedPage objects that are added to PdfCopy. If you want to add a page to the PageStamp, then those links will be lost. In short: you can superimpose data on an existing PDF that contains links, and those links will be preserved. However: if the data you add consists of a page with links, the links in that page will be lost.
